Lucknam Park approached BMC as they were looking for assistance with their local, advertising strategy for an interim period while recruiting for a new head of marketing.
As a luxury destination with multiple services on offer (equestrian, cookery school, spa and leisure), the existing above the line campaigns were not only time consuming to plan, but also a challenge to tailor to the correct media.
The other element that Lucknam needed support with was the actual artworking of the campaigns as multiple media requires multiple sizes.
Our challenge was to bring a strategy to the campaigns, increase brand awareness as well as acheive higher economies of scale.
Using our extensive media contacts built from many years of working with local media, we re negotiated Lucknam’s strategic plan across multiple media complete with inclusive editorial and PR coverage for a fraction of the rate card cost.
We created a suite of mini campaigns to suit each service area and supporting the campaigns, were multiple press releases, interviews and promotions.
Over the 6 month contract, ad placement improved, media costs were reduced and editorial support was extensive. By taking the whole media activity off Lucknam Park, BMC also dramatically reduced admin time at the Park nd each campaign was beautifully designed and professionally artworked well in advance of media deadline.
